Market Pulse is a social signal intelligence platform that correlates social signals, news events, and regulatory updates to surface ranked, evidence-backed trends across India's personal finance landscape. The Service is provided on an invite-only basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks; (d) scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract data from the Service beyond what is explicitly provided through its interface; or (e) use the Service to transmit any malicious code or harmful content.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any trends or insights generated by the Service are accurate or reliable. Any reliance on such information is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Market Pulse and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
